NL Batting Champ vs. Wiffle Ball Superstar

A week or so ago, I wrote about this guy who might be the greatest wiffle ball pitcher in the world. I wondered what it would be like for a Major Leaguer to face him. Now thanks to Home Run Derby, I have some idea. Even better is the fact that the batter is 2006 NL batting champ Freddy Sanchez.



I don't think it's the same guy throwing junk, but this pitcher's stuff is almost as nasty so it was a good comparison.

By the way, the pitcher is Jim Balian, a pitcher who won the MVP of the USPPBA (The United States Perforated Plastic Baseball Association). Yes, such a thing exists. Only in America.
