The Japanese. What can I say? Their idea of what works on TV sometimes make me just shake my head. Example #1,202: A TV commercial for baseball that is pretty much horrifying. It's a year old, and Deadspin posted it last year, but I never didn't see it until today and it needs to be recirculated, because it's that freaking bizarre.
