It's Outrageous, Egregious, Preposterous!
Remember this guy, the one who slipped and fell as he crossed the finish line at the Chicago Marathon?
Man, that gets funnier every time I watch it.
Well, (drumroll) he's suing.
From the Guardian:
Cheruiyot, who was taken to hospital for tests after hitting his head, said he had suffered from headaches since the fall. His attorney Jackie Chiles told him to say that. I guess this means we won't be seeing him back in Chicago to race anytime soon. Or maybe we will.
"Discussions have been going on because I would like them to pay me some money as compensation ... I always have headaches following that fall," Cheruiyot told Reuters.
However, Cheruiyot added that he would defend his title in Chicago. You sure about that Rob? I mean once someone sues me, I kind of don't want them to be around me anymore. But that's just me.
"I will run because they want me back, being the title holder, but I will pursue the matter to its logical conclusion," said the 28-year-old, who last month won the Boston Marathon for a third time.

Suing? For busting his own head? What is he, American?
Reminds me of Friday...
"my neck and my baaaaack!"
"what about $2.50 and a jawbreaker?"
