It's Outrageous, Egregious, Preposterous!

Remember this guy, the one who slipped and fell as he crossed the finish line at the Chicago Marathon?

Man, that gets funnier every time I watch it.

Well, (drumroll) he's suing.

From the Guardian:

Cheruiyot, who was taken to hospital for tests after hitting his head, said he had suffered from headaches since the fall.

"Discussions have been going on because I would like them to pay me some money as compensation ... I always have headaches following that fall," Cheruiyot told Reuters.
His attorney Jackie Chiles told him to say that. I guess this means we won't be seeing him back in Chicago to race anytime soon. Or maybe we will.
However, Cheruiyot added that he would defend his title in Chicago.

"I will run because they want me back, being the title holder, but I will pursue the matter to its logical conclusion," said the 28-year-old, who last month won the Boston Marathon for a third time.
You sure about that Rob? I mean once someone sues me, I kind of don't want them to be around me anymore. But that's just me.

Suing? For busting his own head? What is he, American?

Reminds me of Friday...

"my neck and my baaaaack!"

"what about $2.50 and a jawbreaker?"
