Doesn't This Look Like An Urban Legend?

Tell me this doesn't look like someone Photoshopped it.

An 11-year-old Alabama boy used a pistol to kill a wild hog his father says weighed a staggering 1,051 pounds and measured 9-feet-4 from the tip of its snout to the base of its tail.

Uh, he is 11? Damn, if I saw a 1,000 pound hog, I'd be running my ass off in the other direction, and I ain't 11.

"I was a little bit scared, a little bit excited," said Jamison [Stone].

They must just build kids different in Alabama.

The hog's head is now being mounted on an extra-large foam form by Jerry Cunningham of Jerry's Taxidermy in Oxford. Cunningham said the animal measured 54 inches around the head, 74 inches around the shoulders and 11 inches from the eyes to the end of its snout.

Yeah, that's what I want in my living room. Would it surprise you at all if this came out to be a hoax someday, kind of like the Giant Cat?
