See, This Is How It's Done Agent Zero

Occasionally something really special happens in sports. When it does, it has to go into the Scrap Book. Kobe Bryant gets a mention in our "sports history" label for his performances this week.

Kobe reaches 50 again -- with 60! (AP)

Kobe Bryant became the fourth player in NBA history to score at least 50 points in three straight games last night.

Bryant scored 60 points in the Lakers' 121-119 win over the Grizzlies. He was 20-for-37 from the field, including 3-for-7 on three-pointers. He was 17-for-18 from the foul line.

The last Laker with three straight 50-point games was Hall of Famer Elgin Baylor in December 1962. Michael Jordan and Wilt Chamberlain are the only other players with three straight 50-point games.

"It just feels great," Bryant said. "It's really special and very humbling to be in the same company."
What are the odds of him going for 50+ again tonight? Considering the way he has been lighting it up and the fact that the Lakers play NOOCH, I'd say the odds are better than normal.

The more crap people talk about Kobe, the less he's discussed as an MVP, the more likely he is to pull off stuff like this. It's the hate that keeps on giving back to us.
